Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Processing & Shipping time should take a total of 7-10 business days.
During high-demand periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll notify you via email of any significant delays.
Refund & Returns Policy
Damages and Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it. Please be prepared to provide evidence (photos or videos) if asked. You have 5 days after the package is received to send a response.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason. This includes delays with shipping and any backorder items.
Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
