(You will need a strainer or mesh ball to extract the herbs after steeping. Each tea comes with a mesh ball.)
For every 8 ounces of water (preferably spring water), add one teaspoon of herbs unless directed otherwise on the label. If you would like for the teas to be less potent, add more water, but be sure to consume all of it.
Allow tea to steep for at least 10-15 minutes unless label instructs otherwise. If you have tea left over or would like to prepare and store it, the tea can be stored for up to 2 days.
When mixing 2 teas, add 1-1.5 teaspoons of each mixture of herbs to 16 ounces of water.
When mixing 3 teas, add 1-1.5 teaspoons of each mixture of herbs to 24 ounces of water.
Mixing 3 teas should be the max and you should only begin mixing 3 teas once you have been consuming Be The Light Wellness teas for at least 3 months. Be sure to pair and alternate between teas if you are recommended to take 3 or more at a time.
